Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist with utmost care and attention. You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase; for a full refund or exchange for a different item. Kindly retain your receipt as proof of purchase, as the refund cannot be processed without it. 

Please note the following conditions for returns and refunds, that should be strictly adhered to:

• Items purchased on discount, promotion, or sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.
• Items that have been installed or where installation has been attempted, are ineligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure a smooth and seamless return process, we kindly ask that all information provided is accurate and truthful. This will help avoid any unwanted situations or outcomes. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at returns@infinittrendz.com with your full name, contact number, item code, reason for return, and photo/video of the complete product and packaging.
2. You will then be contacted by one of our expert team members, via phone or email, with the result and further instructions. Please note that all returns should be shipped to our Infini.t Warehouse.
3. Once received, we will thoroughly inspect the item for any missing parts or visible damages. In the rare case of an item being incorrectly returned, the customer will be liable to collect the product from our warehouse, and no refund will be processed. Upon final approval, your refund will be processed and may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
